Cleaning is easy and done just like a traditional piece. We also sell cleaning caps, plugs and solution that work great on all Freeze Pipe pieces!

What You Will Need:

Any store-bought glass cleaning solution or homemade solution (coarse sea salt + 99% isopropyl alcohol).

1. Use any store-bought glass cleaning solution or a homemade mix of coarse sea salt and 99% isopropyl alcohol (rubbing alcohol).

   
   

2. Add the solution to both the base and the glycerin chambers. Plug the openings (napkins work great!) and shake gently.

   
   

3. For a deeper clean, let the solution sit in the base and glycerin chamber for 10-15 minutes.

   
   

4. Rinse with room-temperature water and let everything dry completely before freezing the glycerin chamber again.

Important: Do not freeze the base—only the glycerin chambers are designed to be frozen.

How Long Do I Freeze The Glycerin Chamber For?

1-hour is all you need. But you can leave the chamber in the freezer in between sessions.

What Coils Fit On To The Bong Ultimate?

Should I Freeze The Whole Unit?

Only the coil should be frozen as water could expand in the base causing it to crack.

What's The Safest Way To Put The Clip On?

The best way to put the clip on is to support the back of the joint with your hand and push the clip into place.

Can I clean it with hot water?

NO! The best method is to use either our solution or salt and alcohol solution to clean your piece. Hot water can cause damage to the glass and potentially cause breakage.

Putting The Clips On:

The big side of clip goes towards the glycerin chamber, the small side faces the base.

Water Fill Levels:

Fill the base just enough so the tops of the percolators are submerged with water. You can always do a test run before lighting. If no bubbles, add water, if you feel too much drag remove water.
