Cleaning & Care:

Simple cleaning that cleans just like a traditional piece does.

What You Need:

90% or higher isopropyl alcohol and coarse salt, or any off the shelf cleaning solution.

1. Take It Apart

Dump the old water, remove the glycerin coil and bowl.

2. Fill Each Part Separately

Add cleaning solution to the base and the coil. Tilt each one so the solution works through every perc and passage. Drop the bowl in a cup to soak.

3. Plug Both Ends And Shake

Your hands work fine. Silicone caps, rubber plugs, or a rolled up paper towel work too. Shake each piece until the resin breaks loose.

4. Rinse, Dry, Refreeze

Rinse everything with room temp water and wipe it down with a microfiber cloth or paper towel. Once dry, the coil goes back in the freezer.

How Often Should I Clean It?

Daily users: rinse the coil and bowl after heavy sessions and deep clean every two to three weeks. Lighter use: once a month is plenty.

What Is Glycerin?

Glycerin is a non-toxic, food-grade gel commonly used in food and personal care products.

When frozen, it cools smoke more efficiently than ice cubes and stays cold longer. Unlike water, glycerin doesn’t expand or contract when frozen — which means no added stress on the glass.

A one-hour freeze delivers a noticeably cooler experience that lasts through a full session.

How the Glycerin Cooling Works

As smoke passes through the frozen glycerin, the cold pulls the heat out before it reaches you. What lands is cooler, smoother, and easier on your throat, no ice required.

Think of it as two parts: the chamber holds the cold, the coil carries your smoke through it. The XL chamber is packed with 50% more glycerin than a standard one, so there's more frozen gel around every pull. The DNA coil is the path through it, two wide looping coils that keep smoke against the cold longer.

That wide-diameter design is also why it won't clog. Open pathways keep airflow strong and resin from building up, so the coil stays smooth and rinses clean, pull after pull.
