How Do I Clean The Pipe?

Cleaning your 12-inch Steamroller Pipe is extremely easy and cleans just like a traditional piece. We suggest soaking the pipe in a plastic bag for 10-15 minutes, filled with a store-bought solution or a mix of coarse sea salt and 99% isopropyl alcohol (rubbing alcohol).

Cleaning the Steamroller Pipe is easy and done just like a traditional piece. We also sell cleaning caps and plugs that work great on all Freeze Pipe pieces!


What you will need:

Any store-bought or homemade glass cleaning solution. To make your own cleaning solution, simply mix coarse sea salt and 99% isopropyl (rubbing alcohol).

  • Step 1 - Place the 12-inch Steamroller Pipe into a zip lock bag and fill it with solution.

  • Step 2 - The pipe should be mostly or fully submerged in the solution.

  • Step 3 - Gently shake and tilt the bag to spread the solution around the Steamroller Pipe, ensuring the solution runs from end to end. For deep cleaning, you can let the pipe soak for 10 - 15 minutes.

  • Step 4 - Repeat this until the inside of the coil is cleared.

  • Step 5 - Rinse thoroughly with room temperature water and LET DRY before using/ placing in the freezer.
