Bong is great, love glass products. Shipping and packaging, spot on, very well delivered. Only draw back was I ordered extra middle coil BUT did NOT come with an extra securing clip. Small thing but had to order an extra one.

Very good cool guys make it smoother and on it hot days it's very refreshing as well
